脑瘤患者手术前后果糖等物质含量变化及意义探讨

摘　　要：目的　检测 3 0例脑肿瘤患者血浆中果糖、肌醇及葡萄醇的含量 ,了解果糖等物质对脑肿瘤生长代谢的影响。方法　采用日本岛津高效气相色谱仪检测法。结果　术前肿瘤组血浆中果糖等物质含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,术后 3天和 7天 ,肿瘤组血浆中含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论　果糖、肌醇及葡萄醇与肿瘤生长代谢有密切关系 ,或许在脑肿瘤生长代谢中起着重要作用。Objective [WT5”BZ]To observe whether fructose,inositol and glucitol in the serum play an important role in the metabolism of brain tumor tissues.[WT5”HZ]Metheods [WT5”BZ]The concentrations of fructose,inositol and glucitol in serum of 30 patients with intracranial tumor and 20 control individuals were measured by gas chromatography.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The fructose,inositol and glucitol contents in patients with tumors were significantly greater than those in the control individuals ( P <0.01).In patients with malignant brain tumors were significantly higher than with benign brain tumors( P <0.01).The fructose/inositol and glucitol levels were significantly higher in preoperation than postoperation ( P <0.01).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]These study findings indicate that fructose,inositol and glucitol in serum may play an important role in the metabolism of tumor tissuse and suggest that fructose may be essential for the growth of tumor tissues.
