摘　　要：分析了采用设计速度作为传统公路设计中存在的问题,以及利用运行速度来研究和解决道路线形的优点。应用运行速度的设计方法对成渝高速公路复线(重庆境)施工图设计成果进行总体的安全分析和评价。The paper analyzes design speed, a problem existing within conventional highway design work, detailsthe advantages of utilization of operating speeds in the study and solution the problems of road alignment. The operating-speed design methods are used to conduct the overall results of the safety analysis and evaluation for the construction design drawings of the secondary lane of Chengdu to Chongqing Expressway project.
