银杏叶提取物凝胶治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏叶提取物凝胶(Extract ginkgo biloba Gel EGB Gel)治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcer ROU)的短期疗效。方法复发性口腔溃疡100例随机分为两组,实验组采用银杏叶提取物凝胶局部涂擦,对照组采用西瓜霜喷剂。观察两组溃疡期和疼痛程度的改变。结果同对照组相比较,实验组溃疡期和疼痛程度显著减轻,结果具有统计学意义。结论银杏叶提取物凝胶对复发性口腔溃疡具有较好的短期临床疗效。Objective To observe the short term effect of the EGB Gel in treatment of ROU. Methods 100 cases of ROU were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group used EGB gel, and control group used watermelon frost spray. The two groups were observed the change of ulcers and degree of pain. Results Compared with the control group, the ulcers and the degree of pain were significantly reduced in experimental group, and the result was significant in statistic. Conclusion EGB gel has good short-term clinieai efficacy on recurrent oral ulcers.
