摘 要:目的了解护理本科生的社会技能现状,为教学改革提供依据。方法采用社会技能量表对4个年级379名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生在社会适应、社会知觉、社会表达3个维度处于中等水平,而社会自信、印象管理2个维度水平偏低。年级间比较,社会表达维度二年级护生优于其他年级护生(P<0.05);社会知觉维度女生高于男生(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生的社会技能存在着较大的提升空间,学校应加强对护生社会技能的培养,使护生随着年级的增高、专业知识的增长,社会技能也能同步提高。Objective To investigate the social skills of undergraduate nursing students,thus to provide the basis for teaching reform. Methods A total of 379 undergraduate nursing students from 4 grades were investigated with Social Skills Inventory. Results The undergraduate nursing students were at the middle level in the dimensions of social adaptation, social perception and social expression, while were low in social confidence and impression management dimensions. The score of the students in grade 2 was higher than the other grades in social expression ( P 〈 0.05 ). The score of the girls was higher than the boys in social perception dimension ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The social skills of students have room for improvement. We should strengthen the training and improve nursing students' social skills with the increase of grade and professional growth of knowledge.
