摘　　要：目的　评价APDI在判断上下颌骨矢状位置关系中的应用价值。方法　选取成人正常牙合6 3名 ,通过计算机辅助的X线头影测量系统 ,选用Downs分析法进行APDI与ANB、Wits值的对比分析。结果　APDI能较好地反映颅骨与颌骨、颌骨与牙弓的矢状关系 ,其诊断特异性较好 ,但其影响因素较多。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate APDIs effects in judging sagittal relationship of jaws.Methods Sixty-three cases of normal occlusions were studied,Downss analysis was used to show the difference among APDI.ANB and Wits by computerized cepholometric radiography.Results APDI was more comprehensive in evaluating the sagittal relationships between skull and jaws,jaws and alveolar than ANB and Wits.APDIs specialty for diagnosis was better than the other two.But APDI was influenced by more factors.Conclusion It is suggested that several measurements of evaluating sagittal relationship be applied in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
