摘 要:目的 了解绝经期妇女灼口综合征 (BMS)患者唾液生化成分及雌激素水平的改变与BMS发生间的关系。方法 对 46例绝经期妇女BMS患者及 40例无BMS的绝经期妇女进行问卷调查 ,并行唾液总蛋白、Na、K、Cl-、Ca、P(PO3 -4 )、Mg的含量分析及促卵泡素 (FSH)、雌二醇 (E2 )水平测定。结果 BMS组唾液总蛋白、Na、Cl-、P值均高于对照组 ,统计学有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ca值低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而K和Mg值却无显著差异。此外 ,BMS组FSH值明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,E2 值低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,均有显著差异。结论 绝经期妇女灼口综合征与其唾液生化成分及FSH、E2Objective To investigate whether the salivary biochemistry content and estrogen were associated with burning mouth syndrome (BMS) in menopausal women.Methods The contents of salivary total protein,sodium,potassium,chlorid,calcium,phophate and magnesium were analysed in 46 patients;estradiol (E 2) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) of blood were measured.Results The concentration of total protein,sodium,chlorid and phosphate in the whole saliva of the BMS group were significantly higher than that in the control group;the concentration of the calcium was significantly lower;no obvious distinction on the concentration of the potassium and magnesium was observed.As regards to blood,the follicle stimulating hormone level was significantly higher;but the estradiol level was significantly lower.Conclusion Salivary biochemistry content and estrogen are associated with BMS in menopausal women.
