摘  要:工程机械的经济性主要体现在整机性能和生产率,对双钢轮振动压路机的经济性进行探讨,提出对双钢轮振动压路机在起步起振时采取功率错峰、合理匹配整机参数、液压系统配置蓄能元件等措施,可以有效降低发动机功率配置和液压系统的发热;采用高频压实工艺可以提高整机生产率;此外,提高整机制造装配水平可以降低压路机的滚动阻力;提高减振效果和优化偏心块旋转方式,可以将更多的振动能量有效地施加于被压材料,从而提高整机作业的经济性。Economical efficiency of the construction equipment mainly embodies in performance and productivity of a complete machine that we carried out an investigation into economical efficiency of a tandem-drum vibratory roller and put forth measures to use the peak of engine power output alternately when starting operation and starting vibration of the tandem drum roller, as well as logically configure the data of the whole machine with accumulating units, etc., which can effectively decrease heat at the engine power system and the hydraulic system. We found that compacting at high frequency can increase productivity of the whole roller. Besides, higher level of the machine's workmanship and assembly can reduce rolling resistance of the compactor, and higher vibration effect and optimized rotation of the eccentric disks can apply more vibratory energy effectively to the materials to be compacted, thus increasing economical efficiency for the whole machine's operation.
