浅表膀胱移行细胞癌中VEGE和PCNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究VEGF和PCNA在浅表膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法对 6 2例浅表膀胱移行细胞癌中的VEGF和PCNA表达情况进行检测。结果 :VEGF的阳性表达为 5 9 6 8% (37/6 2 ) ,PC NA在所有病例中均有表达 ,PCNA阳性细胞数随肿瘤的病理分级而升高 (P <0 0 1)。在VEGF阳性表达病例中PCNA的表达随VEGF表达强度的升高而升高 (P <0 0 1)。随着VEGF表达强度的升高肿瘤的复发率升高 ,随病理分级的升高VEGF及PCNA的表达强度也升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :VEGF作为一种血管内皮生长因子 ,同时具有促进膀胱移行细胞增殖的作用 ,其具体机制有待于进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF and PCNA in superficial transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods:VEGF and PCNA expressions were assayed by means of immunohistochemistry S-P method in 62 superficial transitional cell carcinoma bladder. Results:Positive staining for VEGF was obtained in 37 out of 62 cases(59.68%) and for PCNA was obtained in all cases. But the PCNA positive cells was different in tumor grade, it was risen with the tumor grade (P<0 01). The PCNA-positive cells in VEGF-positive tumors were significantly higher than those in VEGF-negative tumors(P<0 01).In addition, PCNA-positive cells significantly increased with increasing VGEF expression (P<0 01). The VEGF expression and PCNA positive cells were significantly correlated with the tumor grade and tumor recurrence. Conclusion:The close correlation of VEGF expression with tumor cell proliferation may suggest that VGEF acts as an autocrine growth factor.
