摘　　要：随着汽车进入家庭时代的到来,汽车安全越来越引起人们的关注,然而儿童乘员的安全一直没有受到足够的重视。本文从儿童安全座椅标准出台的背景、相关技术法规内容的解读及展望进行探讨,希望引起消费者的重视。Auto safety is getting increasing public awareness in an emerging family car era. The passenger safety has not obtained enough consumer attention when the occupants involved are children. The article discussed the background of child safety car seat standard publication as well as the interpretation of relevant technical regulations and future development prospection. The article intended to attract consumer＇s attention on the safety of child passengers.
