摘  要:利用DEFORM-2D软件模拟了冲裁变形过程中冲裁力的变化情况,并与已有文献的实验结果进行比较,误差在可以接受范围以内,表明DEFORM-2D软件能够很好的表达冲裁变形过程。并在此基础上详细分析了冲裁过程中模具磨损、板料厚度及工艺参数等对冲裁力的影响规律,发现冲裁间隙对冲裁力的影响较小,而模具磨损程度、冲裁板料厚度等对冲裁力的影响较大,这些结果将有助于选择合适的工艺参数和冲压设备,有利于提高生产效率和降低成本,提高企业的市场竞争力。DEFORM-2D software had used to simulate the change of the blanking force during the deformation of the blanking,and comparing with the existing literature′s experimental results,the error obtained was acceptable,which indicates that the DEFORM-2D software can exactly simulate the blanking deformation process.Based on the method,some detailed analyses of influence on die abrasion,sheet metal thickness and processing parameters to blanking force were carried out and found that the blanking clearance has a little effect,and the die abrasion and the thickness of sheet metal have greatly effect on the blanking force.These results will help to select the appropriate blanking process parameters and stamping equipment,and will improve productivity,reduce costs and enhance their market competition.
