瞳孔成形术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价瞳孔成形术在眼外伤修复中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院自2011年2月至2012年2月诊治的伴有虹膜瞳孔损伤的18例（18眼）临床资料。均为眼外伤导致的伴有虹膜瞳孔异常的白内障、晶状体脱位患者，并行瞳孔成形联合白内障摘出人工晶状体植入和（或）前段玻璃体切除术。术后随访2～6个月。结果术后18眼视力均提高；患眼瞳孔呈圆形或类圆形，瞳孔位于中央或近中央16眼，瞳孔偏位2眼。术中前房积血2眼；术后曾有眼压升高6眼。结论瞳孔成形术能够恢复虹膜完整性，提高视力和视觉质量，减少并发症的发生，在眼外伤修复中具有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of coreoplasty in ocular injury. Methods In this ret- rospective study, 18 eyes of 18 patients with pupil abnormality, cataract and lens luxation caused by ocular injury were treated by coreoplasty combined with IOL implantation and/or anterior segment vitrectomy from February 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital. All patients were followed up for two months to six months. Results Visual acuity improved in 18 eyes postoperatively. The pupils of all patients were round or nearly round. The pupils of 16 eyes were at center or nearly central position, and deviated in 2 eyes. Hyphema oc- curred in 2 eyes intraoperatively. Intraocular pressure increased postoperatively in 6 eyes. Conclusions The coreoplasty not only recovered the integrity of iris, but also improved visual acuity and visual quality, and decreased the complication. The coreoplasty played an important role in ocular injury repair.
