摘　　要：目的探讨穿透性角膜移植术治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的效果。方法对角膜溃疡穿孔42例（42眼）施行穿透性角膜移植术，观察其临床特点及手术效果。随访时间6～18个月。结果术后31例视力比术前提高，15例发生排斥反应，4例真菌性角膜炎复发，11例继发青光眼。结论对保守治疗无效者，穿透性角膜移植术是治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of penetrating keratoplasty in the treatment of perforating corneal ulcer. Methods 42 cases （42 eyes） were enrolled in this study and followed up for 6 to 18 months. Results 31 of 42 cases with penetrating corneal transplantation had better visual acuity. Rejection happened in 15 eyes. Fungal keratitis recurred in 4 cases and glaucoma developed in 11 cases after operation. Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty is an effective method in the treatment of perforating cor- nea ulcer.
