摘　　要：目的探讨成分输血对恶性骨肿瘤患者大剂量化疗中出现高热和Ⅳ度骨髓抑制的疗效。方法对13例大剂量化疗治疗中出现高热伴DIC倾向和Ⅳ度骨髓抑制的恶性骨肿瘤患者,应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗无效、物理及药物降温无效时,立即给予输入浓缩红细胞与血小板。结果经给予成分输血治疗后,11例患者体温在24 h内降至正常,2～3天后,白细胞开始回升,未发生重要器官出血。结论当大剂量化疗患者出现高热并处于Ⅳ度骨髓抑制病危状态时,早期给予成分输血并应用升血细胞药物,同时选择有效的抗生素,能有效缓解症状,挽救患者的生命。Objective To observe the efficacy the composition of blood component transfusion in patients with high fever and Ⅳ°-bone marrow suppression after high-dose chemotherapy of malignant bone tumors. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 13 patients appeared Ⅳ°-bone marrow suppression and combined with high fever and DIC tendency who are treated with high-dose chemotherapy in malignant bone tumor. We use red blood cells and platelets transfusion Immediately when application of G-CSF,physical and pharmacal cooling have all failed. Results 11 cases were treated with the blood component transfu- sion, the temperature returned to normal within 24h,2 - 3days later, the white blood cells began to rise did not occur to vital or- gans bleeding. Conclusion When patients in the flushing high-dose chemotherapy and high fever have appeared. Ⅳ°-bone mar- row suppression in dying, early blood component transfusion, drug application of rise blood cells, and selection of effective antibiot- ics can effectively relieve symptoms or save the lives of patients.
