摘  要:针对汽车厂提出的起动电机在发动机整机振动激励下不能出现共振的要求,分别利用振动台正弦激振和力锤冲击激振,对该型起动电机进行了振动模态特性试验分析,求得起动电机在安装状态下最低固有频率为528.31Hz,满足固有频率高于整机振动激励频率2.5倍的要求。起动电机在实车状态下的振动测试表明,在该发动机转速范围内,发动机的整机振动不会激起起动电机的共振。配置了上述发动机和起动电机的轿车,已大批量上市约两年,起动电机至今也未发生因异常振动导致的故障。As for the requirement the automobile company proposed that the starting motor can’t resonate in the excitation of the whole engine vibration,sinusoidal conditions excitation and hammer impact excitation on vibrating tables are used respectively to analyze the test on modal property of the vibration of the starting motor.The result shows the minimum inhere frequency of the starting motor that installed in the engine is 528.31Hz,which meets the requirement that the inherent frequency must be 2.5 times higher than the whole excitation frequency of the engine.The vibration tests on the starting motor which installed in the car show that the whole vibration of the engine can’t make the starting motor resonate when the engine runs within the range of its revolution.The car which is equipped with this engine and staring motor has already been put in the market in large volumes for about 2 years,and the starting motor hasn’t been caused any failure by any unusual vibration.
