摘　　要：目的:总结多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple Myeloma,MM)误诊原因、误诊疾病种类及减少误诊的方法。方法:回顾分析32例MM病例误诊资料。结果:MM早期临床表现复杂、特异性不强,极易误诊漏诊且误诊疾病多样化。结论:对中老年患者疑及本病者应尽快进行骨髓和相关检查以避免误诊漏诊,以提高早期诊断率。Objective： To analyze 32 cases of multiple myeloma （ Multiple Myeloma, MM） and its misdiagnosed reason and types of illnesses and to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods： There was a retrospective analysis about that 32 cases of MM were misdiagnosed in the past two years . Results： The early clinical manifestations of MM were complex, non - specific, easily misdiagnosed and diversification of the diseases. Conclusion： Elderly patients with suspecting MM should have bone marrow inspection as soon as possible in order to avoid misdiagnosis and to improve early diagnosis.
