电针“内关”穴对家兔孤束核神经元放电的影响

摘　　要：中枢神经系统在经穴——脏腑关系中的作用日益受到重视。我们曾报道电针'内关'促进家兔实验性急性缺血心肌恢复的效应,是通过视前区-下丘脑前部的调节和整合作用;有人认为脑干网状结构亦可能参与,电刺激大鼠蓝斑核区可缩短缺血性心电图的恢复时间,提示脑干某些部位参与针刺调整心肌缺血的作用。This paper was designed to pave a way for an approach to mechanism of the relationship between Neiguan and the heart.The regularity on spontane- ous discharge of neurons in nuclei tractus solitarii (NTS)of rabbits was analyzed and whether the sig- nal of electro-acupuncture(EA)can reach NTS was futher observed with the technique of glass electro- de. It was found that the signal of EA at Neiguan can reach NTS and activate or inhibit the electrical activity of some neurons,manifesting three response patterns:frequency-increasing,-decreasing and first- inereasing-then-decreasing,with frequency-decreasing dominating.This result suggested thai NTS play an important role in regulation of cardiovascular activi- ties.
