信息化在医院抗菌药应用管理监控中的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的:提高医院抗菌药物临床应用的管理和监控效果。方法:探索抗菌药物的分级管理、围手术期使用、处方点评、监控等方面的信息化管理。结果:抗菌药物的处方使用比例不断下降,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的比例、时间等趋于规范和合理,抗菌药物的监控更及时、有效。结论:及时、有效地规范瑞金医院抗菌药物临床应用,抗菌药物使用趋于合理,医疗资源有效地下降,大大提高了药事工作效率与管控效果。Objective： To improve the management and monitoring of antibacterial clinical application at hospitals. Methods： To explore the development of information-based technologies such as classification management of antibacterials, perioperative use of antimierobials, appraisal and monitoring of prescription, and so on. Results： The proportion of antimicrobial prescription use has gradually declined. The proportion and the duration of antimicrobial prophylactic use at type I incision operation have become more standard and reasonable. The monitoring of antibacterials has become more timely and effective. Conclusion： Clinical use of antimicrobials has been timely and effectively standardized at Ruijin Hospital and tended to be rational. Medical resources have been effectively declined, which has greatly improved work efficiency and control effect of the pharmaceutical administration.
