中西药物联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西药物联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:对38例确诊溃疡性结肠炎患者采用中西药物保留灌肠联合丙氨酸谷氨酰胺注射液治疗,并对结果进行分析。结果:38例中基本治愈21例,显效12例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率97.3%,随诊1年,复发率为9.56%。结论:中西药物联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床应用及推广。Objective： To observe the efficacy of integrative medicine on treating ulcerative colitis.Methods： 38 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were treated with integrative medicine plus alanine glutamine injection,and analyzed the results.Results： 21 cases of patients were cured in 38 cases of patients,12 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,one case was ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 97.3%,followed up for one year,the recurrence rate was 9.56%.Conclusion： The efficacy of integrative medicine on treating ulcerative colitis is curative,the recurrence rate is low,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
