摘  要:目的:评价无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对精神分裂症患者脑电图和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的影响。方法:32例精神分裂症急性发作的患者给予MECT,共6次,同时分别于治疗前后测定脑电图和血清NSE、MBP的浓度。结果:MECT前后血清NSE和MBP的浓度无显著变化(P>0.05)。治疗后脑电图异常发生率为28.13%明显高于治疗前6.67%(χ2=3.952,P=0.047);治疗前后脑电图比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:MECT对精神分裂症患者神经系统可能无明显影响。Objective: To assess effects of modified electroconvulsive therapy of patients with schizophre- nia on electroencephalogram (EEG) , serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) and myelin basic protein (MBP). Method:32 patients with acute-episode schizophrenia were given six modified eleetroeonvulsive therapy. It was detected for EEG,serum NSE and MBP at pre and post-MECT. Results:There were not significantly difference on serum NSE and MBP at pre and post-MECT (P 〉 0.05 ). Abnormal EEG after treatment 28.13% was significantly more than before treatment 6.67% ( X2 = 3. 952, P = 0. 047 ). There was significant difference in EEG changes at pre and post-MECT( P = 0. 016 ). Conclusion: Modified electroeonvulsive therapy may have not significantly affect the nervous system of patients with schizophrenia.
