摘 要:目的:通过量化传统的中药定性指标结合现代数据挖掘技术进行分类。以泻心汤类方为例,依据中药的性味归经特征应用模糊聚类分析方法进行分类,通过SAS软件的IML模块编程实现。方法:将方中中药的性味归经等21个指标进行量化处理,采用自编SAS(Ver 9.13)程序对泻心汤五个类方的中药组分进行分类。结果:当10味中药分成4类时的结果为:{半夏、生姜};{人参、甘草、大枣};{附子、干姜};{黄连、大黄、黄芩},与传统中医药理论吻合。Objective: The classification of the components in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula is in favor of a better understanding and application of the formula's theory, such as Monarch Minister Assistant Guide. However, the analysis of formula generally requires extensive experience and profound Chi- nese medicine theory which is not easy to understand by nonprofessionals. In this paper, we classified the ingredients of Xiexin Decoction recipes by combining cluster analysis which clustered each ingredients by chieved via IML module in SAS software. Methods: quantify the formula components indicator and fuzzy its flavor and position feature. The whole process a- The medicines of five Xiexin Decoction recipes was clas sified by fuzzy cluster procedure computed in SAS (Ver. 9.13) through the quantified 21 indicators. Results: Ten herbs used in Xiexin Decoction recipes are divided into 4 classes as follows: {Pinellia, Ginger}; {gin- seng, licorice, ju)ube}; {aconite, ginger}; {Coptis, Rhubarb, Scutellaria}. The results of cluster analysis are consistent with traditional Chinese medicine theory.
