摘 要:介绍干法选煤常用加重质磁铁矿、磁珠和硼铁矿的矿物组成,详细研究3种加重质的磁性物含量、堆密度、磁特性、抗氧化性、强度及耐磨性等物理化学特性。结果表明,这3种加重质均具有磁性强、强度大、耐磨性好、易于净化回收等特点;其中,磁铁矿粉适合做高密度分选介质,磁珠和硼铁矿粉适合做低密度分选介质。The mineral composition of the commonly used medium magnetic powder, magnetic beads and paigeite ore powder in dry coal was described and the physical and chemical properties of the three mediums in magnetic material content, bulk density, magnetic property, antioxygenic property, strength, abrasion resistance were studied. The results show that the three mediums all have the quality of strong magnetic, high strength, good abrasion resistance and are easily cleaned and recycled. Among them, the magnetite powder is suit for high-density separation media, the magnetic beads and paigeite ore powders are suit for low-density separation media.
