摘　　要：随着职业教育发展变化的新形势、新需求,为地方高师自动化专业的发展与建设提供了新的机遇。本文通过分析当前地方高师自动化专业的生存与就业现状,将国家大力发展职业教育作为自动化专业转型的契机,提出新形势下自动化专业以就业为导向的人才培养模式定位,并给出自动化专业建设的若干思考。With the occupation education development changes in the new situation,new demand, for local normal automation de- velopment and construction has provided a new opportunity. In this paper,through the analysis of the current local college auto- mation professional survival and employment status,takes the development of occupation education as automation professional transition as a moment,proposes automation specialty employment oriented talent cultivation mode localization under the new situation, and gives some thoughts on the construction of the automation specialty.
