摘　　要：通过对大学英语教师专业发展及教育技术培训的问卷调查,分析了大学英语教师专业发展与教育技术培训的现状及存在的问题,从而论证在信息技术环境下大多数英语教师的信息技术能力亟需提升,并对大学英语教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求。大学英语教师怎样借助信息技术解决教学中所遇到的实际问题和进行教学创新,又将以何种途径获得最为有效的专业发展?进一步分析在信息技术环境下的大学英语教师专业发展有效的途径。A thorough analysis is made on the professional development of university English teachers under the current situation and the questions of educational technology training through a questionnaire of college English teachers. Thus it proves that the ability of information technology of most university English teachers urgently needs to be improved;in the meantime,the devel- opment of the net technology demands a higher teaching level of university English teachers. It further explores what abilities the teachers should have,and how to solve the practical problems and how to obtain the more effective ways with the help of in- formation technology.
