神经内科门诊患者的病种分析

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院神经内科门诊病人的病种,以便调整神经系统疾病防治策略。方法对2010年5月～2011年3月在绵阳市中心医院神经内科门诊就诊的1920例患者进行统计和分析。结果通过对1920例患者的分析,发现神经内科门诊最常见的前三位病种是偏头痛、壶腹嵴顶结石病、抑郁和焦虑障碍。结论偏头痛位居神经内科门诊病种的首位,其次为壶腹嵴顶结石病和抑郁焦虑障碍。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of outpatients in department of neurology. Methods A descriptive study was applied, and the clinical data of outpatients was surveyed and analyzed from May, 2010 to March, 2011. Results 1920 cases were included, and the top three diseases in neurology outpatient clinic were migraine, ampul- lary crest stones, depression and anxiety disorders. Conclusion migraine is the most common disease seen in the neurol- ogy clinic, followed by ampullary crest stones, depression and anxiety disorders.
