摘  要:以6年生普通油茶‘湘林210’为试材,研究其果实生长发育过程中当年生叶片、2年生叶片和果实中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质以及油脂含量的变化规律及相关性。结果表明:4月上旬至10月下旬,当年生和2年生叶片中的可溶性糖含量变化均呈双峰型,果实中的可溶性糖含量变化呈三峰型;可溶性蛋白质含量的变化在当年生叶片、2年生叶片和果实中的变化趋势基本一致,均为三峰型;果实中油脂含量从7月底开始逐渐增加直至果实成熟时达到最高值;当年生和2年生叶片中的可溶性糖含量之间呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.791),当年生和2年生叶片中的可溶性蛋白质之间呈显著正相关关系(r=0.579),果实与叶片中的可溶性蛋白质含量呈极显著正相关关系(r=0.721)。The 6-year-old Camellia oleifera 'Xianglin 210' was used to study the content variation of main nutrients in 1-year-old leaves, 2-year-old leaves and fruits, and their correlation. The results show that with the growth of the fruits from the first ten days of April to the late ten days of October, the content of soluble sugar in 2- year-old leaves and 1-year-old leaves showed a double peak type, while that in fruits showed a three peak type; the changing trend of their soluble protein were similar, their changing curves all showed a three peak type; the content of soluble sugar in 1 year leaves was positively(P〈0.01) correlated with that in 2 years leaves; The content of soluble protein in 1-year-old leaves was negatively ( P 〈0.05) correlated with that in 2-year-old leaves; the content of soluble protein in fruits was positively(P〈0.01) correlated with that in 2-year-old leaves.
