水产动物营养基因组学的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来，基因组学和生物信息学在生物技术领域中的研究获得了巨大进展。在营养学领域研究营养素与基因相互作用下，营养基因组学迅速发展成为营养学研究的热点。营养基因组学涵盖了一个广泛的领域，它研究营养素和基因表达的相互影响，预测其对营养素的反应。是利用基因组学研究成果及方法技术来发现与营养的合成、积累、吸收、转运及代谢等有关基因的综合方法。本文重点介绍了水产营养基因组学的研究与应用的现状，并对今后的研究趋势作了进一步的展望。In recent years, genomics and bioinformatics research in the field of biotechnology has made great progress. And the nutrigenomies quickly developed into a hot spot of nutrition re- search because of the research on nutrient and gene interactions in the field of nutrition. Nutrig- enomics covers a wide range of areas, which studies the interactive effects between nutrients and genes expression, and predicts the expressive response to the nutrients. It is the integrated ap- proach of genomics research ,methods and techniques to find the related genes with nutrition＇s syn- thesis, accumulation, absorption, transport and metabolic. In this article, the current researches and the trends of the applications of aquatic nutrigenomies were discussed.
