益气活血利水法治疗原发性开角型青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血利水法治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法:将44例原发性开角型青光眼患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组21例。对照组滴用0.5%噻吗心安眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合益气活血利水方治疗,疗程均为12周。观察并比较两组患者的视力、眼压、视野及临床主要症状的改善情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的视力改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的平均眼压、临床主要症状积分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低更加明显(P<0.05);治疗组患者的视野平均缺损和模式标准差较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组患者较治疗前则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血利水法能降低原发性开角型青光眼患者的眼压、促进视功能恢复、改善患者临床症状。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of qi-nourishing, blood-activating and urination-promoting therapy in trea- ting primary open-angle glaucoma （POAG）. Methods： Forty-four patients with POAG were randomly divided into treatment group （23 cases） and control group （21 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with 0.5% Timolol and the patients in the treatment group were treated with qi-nourishing, blood-activating and urination-promoting recipe based on control group, with the course of twelve weeks. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, visual field and clinical symptoms were observed. Results： After treatment, there was no statistical difference in the improvement of visual acuity between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the intraocular pressure and clinical symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05 ）, and the intraocular pressure and clini- cal symptom scores of treatment group were lower thai~ those of control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; the mean defect and pattern standm＇d devi- ation of visual field in treatment group were obviously improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while there was no statistical difference in control group between before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Qi-nourishing, blood-activating and urination-promoting therapy can decrease the intraocular pressure, protect the visual function and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with POAG.
