全球化背景下的高校英语教学与人文素质教育  

College English Teaching and Humane Quality Education under the Background of Globalization

摘　　要：全球化环境下的国际合作和交流为高校开展人才素质培养提出了更高的要求,同时大学英语教学的内在特质与大学生的人文素质教育相符合。本文提出,通过改善教学理念和教学模式、整合教学资源、发挥课程优势和教材优势,大学英语教学能够为大学生人文素质的提高提供更好的平台。Under the background of globalization, the international cooperation and communication sets a higher requirement for the humane quality education to college students. Meanwhile, the intrinsic features of college English teaching are in full accord with the humane quality education. This paper proposes that the college English teaching can provide a better platform for the humane quality education by improving teaching concept, integrating teaching resources and making the most of the advantage of college English course and the teaching materials.
