摘　　要：供应链管理是对供应链上各企业间活动的整体集成,协调供应链上各企业之间的关系,供应链系统中的供应、生产、销售基本环节存在委托代理关系。基于贝叶斯博弈分析了企业间的关系,设计了生产商、销售商委托代理模型的分析机制,其中生产商即委托人的目标函数是利润最大化,销售商即代理人的激励条件是不低于最低销售利润,有效地协调和控制供应链上物流、信息流、资金流,使整个供应链效率最优,实现企业效益最大化。需建立相应的供应链优化机制的运作模型,以实现供应链的优化。Supply chain management for the enterprise supply chain activities between the overall integration, coordination of the enterprise supply chain relationship between supply chain system from the supply, production, sales agents commissioned by the existence of the basic links, based on Bayesian game Game of the relationship between enterprises, design production, and sellers of principal-agent model analysis mechanisms, which manufacturers the objective function that the client is profit maximization, vendors conditions that the agent＇s incentive is not less than minimum sales profits, thereby effectively coordinate and control the supply chain logistics, information flow, capital flow, so that optimal efficiency of the whole supply chain, maximize the efficiency of enterorises. To achieve SuDolv chain ootimization, establishing corresoondin~ oneration of the sunnlv chain model.
