摘　　要：日本私立大学发展至今,历经一个半世纪,取得了巨大的成绩。但在其初创时期,也曾经是困难重重。文章结合实例,从内外两个方面深入探讨日本私立大学初创时期所面临的各种问题以及解决之道,对当前中国民办高等教育有一定的启示作用。As the private universities in Japan has developed for one and a half century, so far it has made great achievements. But in its infancy, there were also difficulties. In this paper, based on examples the writer discusses the issues during the start-up and researches the alternative solutions. The research result will probably be used as an inspiration to the current Chinese higher education.
