摘　　要：目的:探索活动矫治器的一种新的改良设计方法,使矫治替牙期扭转牙的速度与效果更加理想。方法:在上颌牙合垫式活动矫治器基础上对唇弓进一步改进,临床应用16例替牙期扭转牙的患者并观察其疗效。结果:在16例替牙期扭转牙患者的临床应用中,该矫治器具有解除扭转速度快及制作方便等优点。结论:应用此型矫治器矫治替牙期扭转牙有良好的临床应用价值。Objective：Explore a new designed removable appliances to improve the treatment of rotation teeth in mixed dentition. Methods： To further improve labial arch in the maxillary removable appliances, and to observe the curative effect of 16 eases. Results： The appliance have fast treatment and making convenience technological merit in 16 cases of clinical patients. Conclusion： This type appliance is a successful and effeetive treatment for rotation teeth in mixed dentition and have a good clinical value.
