摘  要:目的探讨护士职业倦怠与压力源、人格特征的相关性。方法采用护士职业倦怠测评表、护士工作环境中常见的压力源量表、人格特征的三种积极表现量表对102名护士进行测评。结果 102名护士职业倦怠总分平均(15.67±7.83)分,72.6%护士职业倦怠处于中度及以上;压力源评分排在首位的是工作量太大;护士人格特征三种积极表现中,坚信通过自己的努力能够改变现状的评分最低;压力源4方面与职业倦怠均呈显著相关,人格特征三种积极表现与低成就感显著相关。结论基层医院护士存在不同程度的职业倦怠,与压力源、人格特征相关。Objective To study the correlation on job burnout with pressure source and personality for nurses. Method Assess 102 nurses by Nursing Burnout Scale (NBS), common stressor scale in nursing environment and three kinds of active behaviors of personality scale. Result The average score of total score on 102 nurses job burnout is (15. 67± 7. 83). 72. 6% of the nurses is above the medium level of job burnout. The main pressure source is heavy workload. Believing hard work can change the current situation, among three kinds of active behaviors of personality for nurses, has the lowest score. 4 aspects of pressure source have significant correlation with job burnout. Three kinds of active behaviors of personality have significant correlation with diminished personal accomplishment. Conclusion nurses from primaryhospitals suffer from job burnout at different degrees, which is related to pressure source and personalities.
