降脂宁颗粒挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：研究降脂宁颗粒挥发油的化学成分。采用中国药典一部(2010版)附录XD挥发油测定法对降脂宁颗粒的挥发油进行提取,用GC-MS对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果检出10种成分,鉴定了10种,占挥发油总量的100%。相对含量超过5%的物质有棕榈酸(45.95%)、十六烷酸乙酯(27.91%)、十六烷酸甲酯(8.10%)、油酸乙酯(5.68%)。To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracts from Jiangzhining Granules, the volatile oil components were extract- ed and isolated using steam distillation method according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010）. The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography, and the relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS. The 10 chromatographic peaks were detected, accounting for 100% of total volatile oil. The compounds that contain more than 5% of the relative contents were： Hexadecanoic acid （45.95%）, Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester （27.91%）, Hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester（8.10%）, Ethyl Oleate （5.68%）.
