摘　　要：随着电子系统时钟频率的日益提高,确定和解决信号完整性问题越来越关键。文章以设计一种高速高精度数据采集系统为例,通过信号完整性分析,解决高速电路中的反射、串扰和时序错误的问题。With the increasing clock frequency of the electronic system, identifying and solving signal integrity problems become more and more critical. Based on an example of a high-speed and high-precision data acquisition sys- tem, the problems of reflection, crosstalk and timing errors in the high-speed circuit are solved by means of signal integrity analysis.
