提升市级党校教师专业化水平

摘　　要：市级党校主要担负着教育与培训基层领导干部的重任,而教师专业化发展水平则直接关系到党校的长远发展。目前,市级党校在教师专业化发展过程中面临教师对专业化重要性认识不够、自我提高意识淡薄等问题,其已经成为市级党校教学水平得不到明显提高的主要原因。实践中,市级党校要从开展微型教学、培养教师的教学反思能力、加强培训等方面入手,以提升教师的专业化发展水平。Party schools at the primary level shoulder the important responsibility for educating and training leading cadres at the primary level. Therefore, teachers＇ professional knowledge directly bears on the staying power for the long- term development of Party schools. At present, to improve the quality of Party school education, it is necessary to deepen teachers＇ understanding of increasing their professional knowledge, to develop miniature teach- ing activities, to foster teachers＇ reflection ability, and to strengthen training.
