摘　　要：孙凤英教授新著《会计应诉问题研究》是一部比较系统、完整研究会计应诉问题的专著。该著作关于会计应诉职能的研究具有原创性、会计应诉方略的研究具有针对性、会计应诉焦点的研究具有突破性。为了把会计应诉课题的研究引向纵深,有必要对学界有关反倾销会计应诉的观点作一个系统的梳理和结合反倾销申诉来研究会计应诉问题。＂Research on the Accounting Litigation - responding Issue＂ written by professor Sun Feng - ying is a complete and sys- tematic monographs which is related to accounting litigation - responding issue. The study on accounting litigation - re- sponding function is of original, on accounting litigation - responding strategy is of pertinent, and on accounting litiga- tion -responding focus is of breakthrough. In order to put the topic research of accounting litigation - responding to deep, It is necessary to put a systematic summary of the academic research point on anti - dumping litigation - respon- ding accounting and combine with anti - dumping litigation - responding to study the accounting litigation - responding issue.
