摘　　要：独立学院已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其学生管理工作也面临着新的问题。文章从独立学院学生特点出发,分析了独立学院学生管理的难点,并就如何加强独立学院学生管理工作进行了探讨。Independent colleges have apparently emerged as an indispensable element in higher education of China,although there are many new problems in student-management.The difficulties in student-management of independent colleges were analyzed and some methods of improving the student-management were discussed in this paper.
