摘　　要：课程改革是高职教学改革的重要环节。本文结合笔者多年的教学实践,对《PLC控制系统编程与实现》课程进行了一系列的教学改革,突出了以学生为主体、以工作过程为导向的教学组织形式,收到了很好的教学效果,对其他课程的教学改革与建设具有借鉴意义。Curriculum development based on working procedures is the trend for vocational education in China. This paper, based on the author＇s study experience in Germany and the particular circumstances in China, presents the development and implementation of training curriculum for Electrical Automation Major based on working procedures, which can be practical and useful for development and practice of training curriculum for other majors.
