摘  要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈等研究方法,针对湖北省孝感市的35所农村中小学的200位体育教师和200位学校体育学科领导进行研究。探讨农村中小学体育教师工作满意度的现状,并考察不同性别体育教师的工作满意度的差异,提出改进农村中小学体育教师的满意度的相关策略和建议。研究表明:影响农村中小学体育教师工作满意度的因素有:报酬和福利待遇、职业认同感、学校规章制度、组织气氛、体育工作环境。总体而言,农村体育教师的工作满意度普遍低下,5个工作满意度水平高低依次为组织氛围、体育工作环境、学校规章制度、职业认同感、报酬和福利待遇。农村中小学体育教师的工作满意度现状不容乐观,并且体育教师在性别上存在显著差异。Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and interview, based on 200 physical ed- ucation teachers and 200 school leaders in 35 rural primary and secondary schools in Xiaogan city of Hubei pro - vince, this paper discusses teachers' job satisfaction, investigates the teachers'job satisfaction of different gender differences, puts forward related strategies and suggestions to improve the rural primary and secondary school teachers'satisfaction. The result shows that the factors influencing their job satisfaction are as follow: compensa- tion and benefits, occupation identity, school rule and regulation, organizational climate, and physical working environment. In general, rural physical education teachers'job satisfaction is low, job satisfaction level is as fol- low: organizational climate, physical working environment, school rule and regulation, occupation identity, com- pensation and benefits. Rural primary and middle school physical education teachers'job satisfaction status is not optimistic and physical education teachers show significant difference in gender.
