摘　　要：针对传统无极绳绞车的不足,设计了2JWY-160型无极绳绞车,用2个抛物线形摩擦轮带动钢丝绳运动,通过一级圆锥齿轮和两级圆柱齿轮减速。该绞车具有结构简单,整机布局合理,运输距离长,钢丝绳实时、动态张紧,可双向运作等特点。The 2TWY-160 endless rope transportation winch is designed for the deficiency of the traditional endless rope winch. The rope is driven by two parabolic-sharped friction. The first reduction uses tapered gear and the second and the third level use cylindrical gear .This winch has many features, such as simple structure, proper redistribution, long transport distance,with the rope＇s real time and dynamic tension and reliable with two-way operation.
