摘 要:基于Solidworks频率分析平台,先后建立矿用多功能车动臂的三维实体模型、有限元分析模型,通过模态分析,得到了动臂改造前后前10阶固有频率及相应振型;结合动臂外界各种强振频率,对动臂模态参数进行了分析,了解了改造前后动臂的振动情况,证实了动臂改造的可行性,并提出了动臂工作状态下的薄弱环节,为动臂的进一步改进提供了依据。Based on the trequency analysis flat on Solidworks, the three-dimensional model and finite model of the movable arm are built. The first ten frequencies and the corresponding mode shapes are obtained through the modal analysis. Combining the external hard oscillation, the mode parameters of the movable arm are researched. The vibration condition of the movable arm is known as well as the modification, and the feasibility of the modification is proved. The weakness of the movable arm is found, which provides some references for improving the movable arm further.
