大学生强迫症集体心理疏导治疗研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨集体心理疏导疗法对大学生强迫症的治疗效果。方法:采用心理疏导疗法对样本进行集体治疗,评估其治疗后的即时和一年后的效果。结果:采用Yale-Brown强迫评定量表、SCL-90自评量表进行评定。集体治疗后与治疗前相比差异有显著性;治疗前和一年后得分差异较显著。结论:集体心理疏导有效改善了大学生强迫症状,一年后评估其疗效稳定。Objective： To explore the effect of collective psychological persuation therapy on obsessive-compulsive disorder in college students. Methods： To treat samples by collective psychological persuation therapy and assess its effects immediately after training and 1 year later. Results： The results assessed with Yale - Brown scale, SCL-90 scale were significant difference between post-test experimental group and the previous test group. There was also a significant difference between the previous test group and 1 year later. Conclusion： Collective psychological persuation was effective in improving the obsessive-compulsive symptoms in college students, the effects was still stable 1 year later.
