摘　　要：毕业论文管理是医学院校人才培养的重要环节,也是我国高等教育规模迅速扩大的形势变化让许多医学院校必须面临的一个重要课题。应在毕业论文质量控制的现状基础上,强调毕业论文质量控制的必要性,区分毕业论文质量的责任主体。应将与论文质量相关的人员分为学生与教师两种角色,针对其各自不同的职责,构建毕业论文质量控制的8个环节,分别以时间约束和质量评价为两大主体的考核侧重,明确8个环节的相应操作方法,使医学院校的大学生毕业论文质量考核更科学化、规范化。The management of undergraduate thesis is an important link of personnel training in medical universities, which is also an important problem that many medical universities should face in the situation that higher education has expanded rapidly. According to current situation of quality control about undergraduates＇ thesis, this paper emphasizes the necessity of graduation thesis quality control, This paper distinguishes the main responsibility of graduation thesis quality, divides related subject of paper quality into student and teacher, according to their different responsibility, constructs eight link of graduation thesis quality control, respectively place extra emphasis on time constraint and quality evaluation, ensures corresponding method of operation of eight links, which makes quality assessment of medical graduation thesis more scientific and standardized.
