不同方式上颌窦底内提升同期种植修复的临床评估

摘　　要：目的评估2种上颌窦内提升后种植修复3年的临床效果。方法回顾分析经2种不同的上颌窦内提升方式后种植修复3年的临床情况,如种植体存留率、种植体周围骨吸收等。结果 2种不同的上颌窦内提升方式后种植修复3年的种植体存留率与种植体周围骨吸收比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌窦内提升加骨与否可能对种植修复的远期临床效果不起重要作用。【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical results of implant after two kinds of maxillary sinus augmentation.【Methods】 The two kinds of different ways of maxillary sinus augmentation implants after three years of clinical conditions,such as implant survival rate of bone resorption around the implants and so on.【Results】 Two different ways of maxillary sinus augmentation implants three years after the retention rate of implant bone resorption around the implants were not significantly different（P 〈0.05）.【Conclusion】 The maxillary sinus augmentation,and bone implants or may not afford the long-term clinical effects of an important role.
