摘　　要：对徐州市主城区的调查访谈显示,徐州市主城区学前教育事业发展具有如下特征:主城区适龄幼儿入园率较高,超过了全省平均水平;主城区幼儿园数量逐步增长,但优质园数量难以满足群众需要;幼儿教师的学历结构较为合理,但教师待遇不高;幼儿园收费标准偏低,乱收费现象严重。The survey on the main area of Xuzhou city shows that the development of Xuzhou preschool education has the following characteristics： the children enrollment rate of the main urban area is higher than the provincial average ; the number of the main city kindergartens gradually increased, but the number of high-quality kindergartens is difficult to meet the needs of the masses; the educational structure of the kindergarten teachers is reasonable, but the teachers＇ salary is not high; the expenses standard of kindergartens is low, but the phenomenon of arbitrary charges is general and serious.
