摘　　要：文化是幼儿园办园之魂。幼儿园文化建设必须建立在一定的理念之上,即必须塑造让幼儿快乐、适应和健康的园所文化。幼儿园文化建设首先体现在幼儿园的环境建设上,其次体现在制度文化建设上,再次体现在管理文化建设上。其中制度文化的建设不仅包括制度建设背后的理念,还包括制度执行过程中的行为文化,以及制度背后的秩序文化。幼儿园文化建设必须以环境、制度等形式物化下来,同时必须强调"以人为本"。The culture is the soul of kindergarten. The construction of kindergarten culture should be based on some ideas, such as guaranteeing the children to adapt the life in kindergarten and get well development. The construction of kindergarten culture should include the environment, law system and management and emphasize the thought of people first.
