我国东北产当归属药用植物挥发油分析

摘　　要：对东北产的五种当归属药用植物根和果的挥发油成分进行含量测定及气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用分析。共鉴定出59个化合物。α-蒎烯,月桂烯,对-聚伞花素为五种植物根、果共有成分,为开发东北地区该属资源提供了依据。The essential oils of roots and fruits of five species of Angelica have been examind and analysed by GC-MS-DS; 59 chemical compounds are reported, of which α-pinene, myrcene and pcymene are common to all five species. This paper provides a scientific basis for developing the resources of this genus in the Northeast.
