聚桂醇注射治疗食管静脉曲张的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的评价聚桂醇注射治疗食管静脉曲张的临床疗效及安全性。方法对105例食管静脉曲张患者进行内镜下聚桂醇注射治疗,观察止血疗效及临床不良反应。结果全组105例患者共行138次聚桂醇注射治疗,即时止血率100%。随访至今再出血率12.38%,死亡率2.86%。内镜随访24例,食管静脉曲张有减轻11例(45.83%),无明显变化13例(54.17%)。聚桂醇治疗后发热、胸痛、出血、穿孔或异位栓塞等不良反应少。结论内镜下聚桂醇注射治疗食管静脉曲张是安全、有效的。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect and security of lauromacrogol injection on the treatment of esophageal varices. [Methods] 105 patients with esophageal varices underwent endoscopic sclerotherapy with lauromacrogol injection. Then the hemostatic effects and the clinical adverse reactions were observed closely. [Results] The total times of injection was 138. Initial hemostasis was achieved in all patients （100%）. Follow up to now, rebreeding rate was 12.38% and mortality rate was 2.86% of 24 patients, the varices were reduced in 11 patients （45.83%）, no change in 13 patients （54.17%）. The adverse reactions of lauromacrogol injection such as fever, chest pain, haemorrhage, perforation, ectopia embolism, etc were few. [Conclusion] The method of treatment for esophageal varices under endoscopic sclerotherapy with lauromacrogol injection is effective and safe.
