摘 要:对泡沫材料刚度及阻尼系数的测量方法进行研究,建立试验测量系统。通过激振台对泡沫材料施加激励,通过两个加速度计测量加速度,获得由泡沫材料所组成的缓冲包装系统的振动传递比曲线,通过曲线的共振峰值实现系统阻尼比的求解,进而得到泡沫材料的刚度及阻尼系数。通过试验测量研究被包装物质量对泡沫材料刚度和阻尼系数的影响。结果表明,随被包装物质量的增大,泡沫材料的刚度有增大趋势,阻尼系数逐渐增大。被包装物质量的改变不仅改变了缓冲包装系统的振子质量,而且显著影响了泡沫材料的刚度和阻尼系数。The experimental method for measuring the stiffness and the damping coefficient of the foam material was researched and the experimental system was established.The excitation was exerted by the vibration excitation platform,the acceleration was measured by two accelerators and the vibration transfer ratio curve of the cushion packaging system was measured.The damping ration of the system can be calculated from the resonance peak value of the vibration transfer ratio curve and further the stiffness and the damping coefficient can be obtained.The influences of the packaged object mass on the stiffness and damping coefficient of the foam material was studied by means of the experimental measurement.The experimental results imply that the stiffness and the damping coefficient both have the increasing tendency with the increasing of the packaged object mass.The change of the packaged object mass influences not only changed the oscillator mass,but also affected the stiffness and damping coefficient obviously.
