摘  要:基于模糊PID对一台增压中冷天然气发动机进行空燃比闭环控制,对模糊控制器的隶属度函数及模糊控制规则等技术因素作了深入研究。采用自行开发的基于MC9S12DG128单片机的发动机电控系统,在NQ150N型天然气发动机上验证了控制策略的效果,其过量空气系数在暖机过程能稳定在0.99~1.01之间;在不同节气门位置过量空气系数均可以稳定在1.00±0.01,且抗扰动性强;在不同节气门位置及不同节气门变化量的瞬态工况,过量空气系数均能在1.8s内回到1附近。The air-fuel ratio control strategy of a turbocharged CNG engine based on fuzzy PID was discussed, and membership functions and the fuzzy controller rules were studied thoroughly. By using self-de- veloped ECU based on MC9S12DG128 single chip microcomputer, effect of the control strategy was validated on model NQ150N CNG engine. The air-fuel ratio can be stabilized within bound from 0.99 to 1.01 in warming process and keeps at value of 1. 00 ± 0. 01, exhibiting its strong anti-disturbance ability at different throttle positions. And the air-fuel ratio can go back approximately to 1 within 1.8 s in transient condition of different throttle positions and variations.
